Once you’ve filled out our online contact form, we’ll check our availability for your date and send you further details including our wedding brochure. We’d love to organise a Zoom call to meet you both to show you a full wedding gallery and to make sure we're the perfect fit for your special day. When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send through our contract and deposit details to secure your date with us.
on the lead up
We’ll send over a detailed questionnaire to gather everything we need for your day to run smoothly. If your venue is new to us, we love meeting you there ahead of time to get familiar with the space. Closer to the wedding, we’ll organise a final chat to go through the finer details and make sure nothing is missed. We’re always here to answer questions, offer advice, and support you throughout your planning process.
on the day
Your wedding day is here! We work seamlessly as a team to document your story from start to finish and from multiple angles. We typically arrive around two hours before the ceremony and stay up to 30 minutes into the dancing. We capture all of it, from the big moments, the quiet in-between ones and the beautiful details. Using the information you’ve shared with us, we ensure that nothing is missed.
the finished product
After your wedding day you’ll receive a highlight gallery within two weeks. This is a carefully curated selection of the best moments from your day. Your full gallery, which can take up to three months, is thoughtfully hand-selected and individually edited to to our style ensuring every memory is captured beautifully. Alongside your online gallery, you’ll also receive a USB presentation box with all of your photographs.
